Yellow Door is an NDIS Registered Provider of Disability Home Care Services for children and adults in Adelaide; including those with high intensity needs

We have established an enviable track record in working with clients and their plan managers so that they receive the support they need to live well and independently.

Living with a disability does of course present challenges, but we at Yellow Door understand that with the right support, many barriers to independent living can be readily overcome. Our dedicated Care Coordinators, all of whom have extensive clinical experience, will work with you to establish a care plan that works for you, incorporates your wishes and is designed to achieve your goals and aspirations, as well as put practical steps in place so you achieve them.

Most importantly, our staff are trained to listen to you and collaborate with you so that you can live the life you wish to lead.

Our disability support services and supports include:

Personal Care

such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, range-of-movement activities and medication support

Social Support

such as social outings, scenic drives, seeing a movie at the cinema, dining out and home activities

Domestic Assistance

such as laundry, ironing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general tidying of the home

Meal Preparation

such as grocery shopping, menu planning, cooking, assistance with feeding and companionship while eating

Accompanied Transport

Accompanied transportation to medical appointments, personal appointments and assistance with general errands

Respite Care

Family carers may need a few hours or nights every now and then to rest and recharge and that the best solution to that is to provide respite care in familiar surroundings.

24 hour care

Sometimes you might need around the clock care so you can stay in the comfort and familiar safety of your own home.

Overnight Care

Your care and well being will sometimes require out of hours services including overnight to give you or your loved one peace of mind.

We also have a team of professional staff who have the requisite training to assist with individuals living with a range of conditions including:
